INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
- All tariff's include:
- Full Electricity Meter (£7.00). Thereafter payable by £1 coin meter.
- Oil Fired CH (regulated by Oaktree) winter months
- Bed Linen
- Fishing day tickets (environment agency rod license required – please ask for details)
- Deposit of 25% of the total with the Balance payable 60 days prior to arrival date.(cheques payable to Mrs A Andrews )
- Holidays booked less than two months in advance must be paid for in full.
- Please ring a few days prior to arrival to confirm approximate time of arrival.
- Properties are available from 3pm and guests are asked to vacate by 10am on the morning of departure.
- Pets by arrangement only. Small/medium dogs are charged at £20 pw each. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms and must not be left in the cottage unattended. Thank You.
- We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises.
- Non-payment of the balance on the due date will be treated as a cancellation.
- The Cottage will not accommodate more than the stated number of beds. Only persons listed on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the accommodation.
- Proprietors reserve the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.
- Please kindly leave property, furniture and equipment in the same condition as it was found. Please report any breakages to the proprietor.
- If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel the holiday arrangement we will refund all monies received and any further liabilities for either party will cease.
- Please note that Breakage and excessive cleaning deposits apply to some group bookings
