Stags lake 2 acres in size, depths to 18+ft and is normally a good colour. A good range of CARP, many mid to high doubles – up to 35 lbs, also good TENCH, PERCH and BREAM.Feeds well on boilies, pop-ups, large pellets, luncheon meat etc.
Mixer and pellet floaters work well in warm weather.
Oaktree and Otters Lakes are around 2 acres and shallower. They are normally well coloured due to the populations of CARP, TENCH, PERCH, BREAM and ROACH. Waggler fished sweetcorn, maggot and worm produce, although feeder also works. Pole takes the shoals of CARP that average 2-7 lbs plus bonus fish to 16 lbs+. Tips: Loose feed little and often.
Fishes through out the day on Otters, Oaktree and Stags, Stags also fishes well through the night*Try closer inbaits: CARP – Sweetcorn, luncheon meat, boilies, mixers; TENCH – worm and luncheon meat; ROACH/BREAM – maggot; PERCH – maggot and worm.
All persons, their belongings and vehicles are permitted entirely at their own risk.

CANCELLATION & INSURANCE
Cancellation by Oaktree:
If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel the holiday arrangement,
we will refund all monies received and any further liabilities for either party will cease.
Cancellation by Payee (Guest):
Period before accommodation (holiday) within which notice of cancellation is received by Oaktree from the date of booking.
Cancellation charges (percentage of accommodation/holiday price), as follows:
60 days or more before arrival = deposit paid: 59 to 30 days = 70% – 29 to 15 days = 90% – under 15 days = 100%.
We recommend that you insure against cancellation of your holiday/booking due to
Accident, illness or any other unforeseen circumstances.
